  • Regularly review and update the organizational structure to reflect changes in roles, responsibilities, and reporting lines.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure the structure supports strategic goals and operational needs.
  • Analyze and document current process flows across departments.
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop streamlined processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement process changes and monitor their impact on organizational performance.
  • Engage with different departments to understand their functions, challenges, and needs.
  • Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration and communication to foster a cohesive work environment.
  • Provide support and guidance to departments during organizational changes and transitions.
  • Assist in the development and execution of change management plans to support organizational initiatives.
  • Collect and analyze data related to organizational performance and development initiatives.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management to inform decision-making.
  • Contribute research, analysis, and recommendations to the CBK's HR strategy to ensure organizational development efforts are aligned with strategic and business goals.
  • Create and deliver OD and change management strategies, processes, and interventions that support CBK's vision to be a high-performing organization. This includes efforts that build a high-performance culture that values learning, continuous improvement, and diversity.
  • Work with the departments to improve communication and staff engagement.
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in HR or organizational development.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and knowledge of HR practices.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in recruitment, employee development, and support HR initiatives.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and ability to work well in teams.
