The Campaign Ops role is responsible for the end-to-end execution of campaigns, setting up in-app exposure, and voucher configurations to ensure promotional mechanics run smoothly and accurately. Working closely with Marketing and Demand Planning, you'll turn campaign plans into live, functioning setups on the platform, ensuring quality, accuracy, and a seamless user experience.
Job Description
- Set up and manage in-app exposure placements (e.g., homepage banners, category pages, search placements) according to campaign timelines and business priorities
- Coordinate graphic design requests and dispatch, ensuring assets are delivered accurately and on time to support campaign execution
- Set up and manage voucher configurations (e.g., discount mechanics, eligibility rules, budget caps, validity periods) to support campaign and promotional planning
- Perform pre-check and live checks on all campaign setups (exposure, vouchers, creative assets) to ensure quality and a seamless user experience
- Monitor live campaigns and promptly troubleshoot or escalate issues to relevant teams to minimize business impact
- Maintain accurate records and trackers of campaign setups, voucher usage, and exposure allocation for reporting and audit purposes
- Communicate updates and resolve issues effectively to keep all stakeholders informed

- Careful, detail-oriented, and proactive in execution and project management
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with system configurations/backend tools
- Eager to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
