If you take pride in clean product listings, accurate inventory, and a well-maintained storefront, this role is for you.
What You’ll Own
- Maintaining and optimizing Shopify product listings for clarity, accuracy, and conversion
- Regularly auditing the website to identify errors, inconsistencies, or outdated content
- Monitoring inventory levels and helping prevent stock gaps or overselling
- Responding to customer reviews to support brand trust and engagement
- Updating website visuals such as banners, landing pages, and product images
- Coordinating with vendors on inventory, purchase orders, and order tracking
What Sets You Apart
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in e-commerce or Shopify management
- Comfortable navigating Shopify and related tools independently
- Strong attention to detail and ability to keep things organized across multiple tasks
- Clear written communication, especially when handling customer-facing content
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work efficiently in a remote setup
Technical Requirements
- Reliable internet connection with at least 25 Mbps upload and download speed
- Personally owned PC or laptop with at least an i5 processor or equivalent
