Job Description

Myvan Holdings, Inc. is looking for a proactive and people-oriented Human Resource Staff specializing in Employee Engagement and Employee Relations. The successful candidate will help strengthen workplace culture, ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, address employee concerns professionally, and support various HR initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and implement employee engagement programs, recognition activities, and company events to improve morale and retention

Handle employee relations concerns, conduct initial investigations, and assist in resolving workplace issues in accordance with company policies and labor laws

Ensure compliance with the Philippine Labor Code, DOLE regulations, company policies, and HR best practices

Assist in administering disciplinary actions, due process, incident documentation, and employee counseling while maintaining confidentiality

Support the implementation and communication of HR policies, employee handbook provisions, and code of conduct

Monitor employee attendance, behavioral trends, engagement metrics, and recommend initiatives to improve workplace culture and productivity

Coordinate with department heads regarding employee concerns, performance issues, and HR interventions

Prepare HR reports, maintain employee records, and ensure timely completion of HR documentation and compliance requirements

Perform other duties as assigned and support additional HR, administrative, and organizational initiatives necessary for the continuous improvement of the company and its affiliates

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of HR experience, preferably in Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, or General HR
  • Strong knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code, DOLE regulations, due process, and employee discipline
  • Experience handling administrative cases, employee grievances, and workplace investigations is highly preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive employee matters
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS/ERP systems
  • Professional, approachable, proactive, and capable of working with employees across all organizational levels

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a construction, manufacturing, real estate, or multi-company environment
  • Knowledge of employee engagement strategies, culture-building initiatives, and performance management
  • Familiarity with HR analytics, KPI monitoring, and employee engagement surveys
