Audio Technical Support Representative, you will provide technical assistance and customer support for audio products and services. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, assist customers with device setup and configuration, and resolve technical concerns while delivering exceptional customer service through phone, email, or chat.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for audio devices, equipment, and related software.
- Troubleshoot issues involving speakers, headphones, microphones, sound systems, and other audio products.
- Guide customers through product installation, setup, configuration, and connectivity.
- Diagnose and resolve technical concerns while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Process warranty claims, replacements, repairs, and service requests in accordance with company policies.
- Accurately document customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in company systems.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and data privacy standards throughout all customer interactions.
