This position collaborates across CRM, Marketing, Risk, and Operations to ensure high-impact execution of initiatives that enhance customer stickiness and support overall business objectives. The role acts as a champion of customer-centricity, aligning business goals with actionable engagement campaigns and lifecycle strategies.
