About the role
As an Application Engineer
at Mettler - Toledo Philippines, Inc., you will play a crucial role that will
support the sales team in conducting demo, presentation, site survey,
pre-and-post sale project execution, and training to customers. In this full-time
position, you will be based in Ayala Alabang Muntinlupa City Metro Manila,
leveraging your technical expertise to help our customers.
What you'll be doing
- Provide
technical support and training to customers on the installation, configuration,
and operation of Mettler - Toledo products - Collaborate
with sales teams to understand customer requirements and recommend the most
suitable solutions - Conduct
product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities of our
offerings - Troubleshoot
and resolve technical issues, ensuring seamless integration and optimal
performance of our products - Stay
up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technological advancements to
provide innovative solutions - Participate
in project management activities, ensuring timely delivery and successful
implementation of projects
What You Need to Succeed - Bachelor's
degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field - Minimum
3 years of experience in a similar application engineering or technical support
role - Strong
understanding of mechanical engineering principles, industrial automation, and
measurement systems - Excellent
problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve technical issues - Ability
to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and
non-technical stakeholders - Proficient
in the use of CAD software and data analysis tools - Willingness
to travel to customer sites for installation, training, and support as needed.
