Qualifications

Graduate of any 4-year course
With District Manager, Area Manager, or pharmaceutical field force management experience
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is highly preferred
Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Willing to travel within the assigned territory

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage Medical Representatives within the assigned district
Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of sales targets and KPIs
Conduct field coaching, performance reviews, and team development activities
Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure effective program execution
Ensure compliance with company and client policies and procedures
Prepare and submit accurate reports and territory updates
