Job Summary
This role is focused on addressing member enquiries, setting up new accounts (Digital Marketing Hub and Connective Property Tools), identifying retention opportunities, and delivering an excellent customer experience for members accessing Connective's product portfolio, including Digital Marketing Hub, Connective Property Tools, and My Website.
The Customer Service Support is a cross-functional role that interacts with internal and external stakeholders. With a focus on enhancing the customer experience, this role acts as a liaison between our members and the product sponsor to provide information on our products and services, setting up new accounts, monitoring product usage, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Drivers of success include following communication procedures and guidelines, completing account set-ups efficiently, handling customer complaints, providing timely and appropriate solutions, and going the extra mile to engage customers and provide exceptional service.
- Tertiary education in Marketing or a related discipline (favourable)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent phone manner
- Strong time management skills and the ability to plan and prioritise tasks
- Ability to think creatively, identify opportunities, and solve problems
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage and manage stakeholders
- The ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and customer orientated
- Team player balanced with the ability to work autonomously
