Here’s the difference you’ll make

You are responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients, managing existing customer accounts, and promoting the logistics, courier, freight, and supply chain solutions offered by 2GO Express Inc. You are to focus on developing strong customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, achieving sales targets, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

Sales and Business Development

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate and commercial accounts.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and market research.
  • Present and promote 2GO Express services and solutions to prospective clients.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contract negotiations.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Account Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to understand customer needs and identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns by coordinating with internal departments.

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Gather customer feedback and provide insights to management for service improvement.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling logistics and delivery solutions.

Reporting and Documentation

  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the company's CRM system.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and account performance updates.
  • Submit regular activity and accomplishment reports to management.

You’ll thrive in this role if you

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • At least 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in logistics, courier, freight forwarding, transportation, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing customer relationships.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Willing to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
