Our Client is an exciting group of companies focused on fire-safety services and net zero retrofit. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Accounts Receivable Assistant to join our finance team.
This is an important role within the business which requires meaningful previous experience in a credit control position.
Key Responsibilities
- Uploading invoices to portals
- Assist with payment allocations and bank reconciliations
- Reconciling customer payments against statements
- Calculation of framework commissions receivable
- Ensure timely debt collection and maintain accurate reporting
- Build and maintain strong relationships with team members
- Resolve queries by liaising with the finance team and other departments
The Successful Candidate Will Have
- Previous credit control experience is essential
- Experience within a construction or fire safety finance function is desirable
- AAT qualified or equivalent finance qualifications are advantageous but not essential
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in using accounting software (our system is Netsuite)
- Excellent communication skills, both on the telephone and in writing
- Strong attention to detail
Work Setup Remote
- Hired staff is required to have a stable and reliable internet connection with at least 20MBPS for both download AND upload speed
- Must work from 6am to 3pm PHT
- Equipment will be provided by the company
