About The Job

The Growth Senior Specialist is responsible for supporting the Growth Orchestration within Digital Business & Lifecycle (DBL), acting as the central coordinator of performance tracking, execution follow-through, and growth visibility across other key pods and workstreams: Paid Media, Organic Discovery, Lifecycle & Conversion Optimization, and Content Growth. The role ensures that DBL growth efforts are: (1) Consistently tracked and measured. (2) Executed in a structured and coordinated manner. (3) Actively monitored for risks and delays. (4) Translated into clear weekly business insights and actions. This role enables the Growth Lead to effectively manage multiple priorities by ensuring that no initiatives, metrics, or dependencies fall through the cracks, and that all workstreams are aligned toward delivering DBL’s North Star growth targets.

What You’ll Do

  • DBL KPI Tracking & Performance Management: Own and coordinate closely with Analytics to maintain centralized DBL dashboard and tracking of key DBL metrics across all DBL pods: aPOS contracts (total / by channel), CPA and efficiency metrics, conversion rates across funnel stages, content and organic performance indicators; Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all reporting.
  • Weekly Growth Reporting, Growth Visibility & Operating Rhythm: Prepare structured weekly growth updates including: performance vs targets, key drivers (what moved and why), business impact (volume, CPA, conversion), & next steps. Support weekly growth reviews and cadence with pod owners for KPI updates, initiative tracking, status reporting to improve visibility of where growth is coming from and where performance is lagging. Strengthen overall growth governance and execution clarity by ensuring all reporting drives clear actions and decision-making, not just visibility of performance.
  • Cross-Pod Coordination & Follow-Through: Coordinate across Paid, Organic, Lifecycle, and Content pods and other non-DBL partners to track progress of key initiatives and use cases. Ensure alignment on priorities and timelines, and conduct structured follow-ups to ensure commitments are delivered on time and dependencies/blockers are actively managed; Act as the central coordination point across DBL initiatives.
  • Project Management & Execution Discipline: Apply strong project management practices across growth initiatives (clear ownership, defined timelines and milestones, status tracking (on-track / at risk / delayed); Maintain a central initiative tracker for all DBL priorities; Ensure execution discipline and no “floating” or untracked initiatives. Proactively escalate issues or risks with clear context, impact, and proposed actions for resolutions. Ensure accountability across teams through consistent tracking, follow-ups, and visibility of progress.
  • Use Case Structuring & Tracking Support : Support the Growth Lead in structuring, documenting, and tracking key growth use cases, ensuring each use case has clear objective and success metrics, defined ownership across pods, and timeline and milestones. Track performance and execution of use cases across workstreams. Provide visibility into use case-level contribution to DBL KPIs.

What You Need To Have

  • 3–5+ years in growth, digital marketing, analytics, or business performance roles
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end digital funnels (discovery → acquisition → conversion)
  • Experience in performance tracking, reporting, and dashboarding
  • Strong proficiency in: Excel, Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Firebase), BI tools (Power BI, Looker)
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
  • Preferably from in-house digital marketing teams, tech startups, and the like.
