Job Description
- Lead end-to-end reviews of the sales lifecycle, from lead generation through to renewal.
- Identify operational bottlenecks, process inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve sales productivity.
- Design and implement scalable workflows, governance frameworks, and automation initiatives.
- Develop sales operating procedures and playbooks across Enterprise, Mid-Market, and SME customer segments.
- Establish structured cadences for pipeline management, forecasting, and account growth planning.
- Drive execution of strategic sales initiatives, policies, and transformation programs.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, Operations, and Customer Success teams to improve cross-functional collaboration.
- Define, monitor, and optimize key commercial performance metrics and revenue drivers.
- Lead organizational change initiatives that improve accountability, consistency, and operational discipline.
- Translate strategic priorities into practical execution plans that deliver measurable business outcomes.
The Successful Applicant
- 6-10+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, business transformation, commercial strategy, sales operations, or revenue operations.
- Strong experience driving process improvement and organizational transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to build scalable operating models and execution frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience working across multiple stakeholders and influencing senior business leaders.
- Track record of improving commercial performance, productivity, and operational effectiveness.
- Highly structured and execution-focused, with the ability to turn strategy into action.
- Experience within fast-paced technology, digital, SaaS, consulting, or high-growth environments is advantageous.
