Job Description

  • Manage and maintain relationships with assigned accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term business partnership.
  • Conduct regular customer visits, account reviews, and business meetings to understand customer requirements and strengthen engagement.
  • Monitor account performance and shipment activity, ensuring repeat bookings and identifying opportunities for account growth.
  • Provide customers with timely updates on company services, operational developments, promotions, and other relevant information.
  • Address customer concerns, complaints, and service issues by coordinating with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution and service recovery.
  • Develop and implement account retention strategies to minimize customer attrition and maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Prepare account status reports, customer feedback summaries, and retention performance updates for management.

Job Requirement/s

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Preferably with experience in account management, customer retention, customer service, or sales.
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
  • Willing to conduct field visits and customer meetings as needed.
