The Opportunity at a Glance
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Production Assistant - Promotions to support sales and production workflows in a fast-paced promotional products business. This is a full-time, remote role for Philippine-based candidates, employed under a proper PH setup. To be successful, you must have prior experience in the promotional industry, a deep understanding of the production process, and be proficient in using Commonsku software for order management and tracking. You’ll act as the bridge between sales, suppliers, and clients, ensuring every order milestone is executed seamlessly.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Finalize payments and confirm design specifications through Commonsku before production begins
- Place orders with suppliers, track production progress, and ensure timely delivery of products
- Document and manage order milestones using Commonsku CRM to keep projects on track
- Oversee logistics to ensure deadlines and quality standards are consistently met
- Resolve production challenges quickly and effectively
- Coordinate with sales teams, suppliers, and internal staff to ensure smooth, end-to-end workflow

- Have proven experience working in the promotional products industry (non-negotiable)
- Understand the end-to-end production process, from order placement to delivery
- Are proficient in Commonsku software for managing and tracking orders (non-negotiable)
- Possess excellent project management, organization, and multitasking skills
- Communicate clearly and effectively with suppliers, clients, and internal teams
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple orders running simultaneously
