We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our internal hiring needs. This role is critical in identifying, engaging, and securing top talent for Repserve’s global operations. You will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment activities, with a strong focus on sourcing through LinkedIn and utilizing Boolean search strategies. You will also handle interview coordination, candidate screening, and manage recruitment activities through our ATS.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, attract, and engage candidates globally using advanced Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other platforms.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand current and future hiring needs across different time zones and regions.
- Screen and assess candidates through online interviews, ensuring alignment with job requirements and company culture.
- Manage and maintain candidate pipelines and activity logs using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Draft and post engaging job advertisements to targeted platforms and networks.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Track metrics related to sourcing effectiveness, time-to-hire, and candidate experience.
- Ensure a seamless and professional candidate journey from sourcing to onboarding.
- Stay up-to-date with global recruitment trends and best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced or global environment.
- Proven expertise in global sourcing and recruitment across various regions (e.g., EMEA, APAC, The Americas).
- Experience in sourcing sales roles
- Advanced proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple roles simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote global team.
