  • Lead daily pre-sales activity to drive revenue growth through utilizing effective pipeline management and proactive client engagement monitoring.
  • Prepare, submit, and verify the completeness of all required documentation for successful account closure.
  • Draft and justify client ex-gratia claim requests for review and approval by the immediate superior. .
  • Monitor account compliance with Know your customer (KYC) requirements and provide regular reports to the Business development manager.
  • Manage the end-to-end renewal process for existing accounts, addressing client concerns and evaluating renewal recommendations.
  • Oversees and supports assigned intermediaries through regular meetings focusing on pipeline updates, account concerns, and policy changes.
  • Prepare and submit accurate, complete, and timely account management reports to the Business Development Manager.
  • Provide regular status updates on assigned projects to the AVP for Unit 8, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
