The Operations Manager will be responsible for coordinating projects, managing workflows, organizing business processes, and supporting the overall growth of the company. This role requires someone who enjoys building systems, solving problems, and keeping teams accountable.
Responsibilities
- Manage project timelines and deadlines
- Coordinate with artists, collaborators, and contractors
- Develop and improve SOPs
- Organize files, assets, and documentation
- Track project progress and follow up on outstanding tasks
- Manage calendars and scheduling
- Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend improvements
- Assist with reporting and business operations
Qualifications
- Required
- 2+ years of operations or project management experience
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Experience using project management software
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the music or creative industry
- Familiarity with ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or Notion
- Experience building SOPs and workflows
- Leadership experience
