Your Task:
- Generate revenue through the Retail Sales Cash Channel by converting cash shipment inquiries into new business opportunities.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of cash customers through regular customer engagement and relationship management.
- Achieve sales targets through upselling, cross-selling, and acquiring new accounts.
- Conduct outbound sales calls and maintain daily call activity targets.
- Serve as the primary contact for retail and cash customers, providing sales and post-sales support.
- Build strong customer relationships to drive customer retention, loyalty, and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and achievement of sales objectives.
- Support the implementation of retail sales promotions and merchandising activities.
- Maintain accurate customer records and prepare daily, weekly, and sales performance reports.
- Perform other sales-related duties and projects assigned by management.
What you bring?
- Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- At least 3 years of sales experience.
- Strong telephone sales and customer relationship management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language.
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
- Ability to make sound decisions and achieve sales targets.
- Results-driven with strong customer focus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- High level of accountability, professionalism, and integrity.
- Able to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
