At 2GO Group, you will lead the transformation of procurement into a smarter, more agile, and data-driven function. As the Procurement Systems & Continuous Improvement Manager, you will drive procurement excellence by championing digitalization, process optimization, governance, analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives that deliver lasting value across the organization.
You will serve as the process owner for procurement systems, governance frameworks, and performance analytics, ensuring procurement processes are standardized, technology-enabled, compliant, and designed to provide an exceptional user experience. Your leadership will help strengthen operational efficiency, improve decision-making through data, and enable sustainable business growth.
Working closely with Strategic Procurement, Procurement Operations, the Corporate Services Group, and business units, you will foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement—building procurement capabilities that not only support today's operations but also position the organization for future success.
What You’ll Do..
Procurement Digital Transformation
- Develop and execute the Procurement Systems and Continuous Improvement roadmap.
- Lead implementation and optimization of procurement technologies including ERP, eProcurement, eSourcing, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Supplier Portal, Catalog Management, and future AI-enabled procurement solutions.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives that improve efficiency, visibility, automation, and user experience.
Procurement Governance
- Develop and maintain procurement policies, procedures, standards, templates, and governance frameworks.
- Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, internal controls, and company objectives.
- Promote governance through education, collaboration, and preventive controls.
Continuous Improvement & Process Excellence
- Lead end-to-end procurement process redesign and optimization.
- Standardize procurement processes across business units.
- Drive Lean, Six Sigma, automation, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Eliminate process bottlenecks and improve cycle times.
Procurement Intake Governance (iRequest)
- Own the governance, administration, and continuous improvement of the Procurement Intake (iRequest) platform.
- Establish intake standards, routing rules, SLAs, and governance controls to ensure accurate and timely assignment of procurement requests.
- Drive workflow automation, system enhancements, and process improvements to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Monitor intake performance, backlog, SLA compliance, and workload distribution, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Leverage intake analytics to identify demand trends, process improvement opportunities, and support strategic procurement initiatives.
Procurement Systems & Data Governance
- Own procurement master data governance.
- Establish data quality standards and governance controls.
- Ensure procurement information is accurate, complete, secure, and reliable.
- Define procurement reporting standards and dashboard governance.
Analytics & Performance Management
- Establish procurement KPIs and performance dashboards.
- Monitor procurement savings, compliance, cycle times, supplier performance, spend under management, catalog utilization, user adoption, and digital maturity.
- Present actionable insights and recommendations to executive management.
Compliance, Risk & Audit
- Lead procurement compliance reviews and governance audits.
- Monitor policy adherence, sourcing compliance, contract compliance, purchase splitting, and maverick spend.
- Oversee procurement risk management including supplier risk, operational risk, and governance controls.
- Coordinate internal and external audit activities.
Procurement Innovation
- Identify emerging procurement technologies and industry best practices.
- Champion innovation, automation, AI, and analytics within procurement.
- Evaluate new solutions that improve productivity and stakeholder experience.
Change Management & Capability Development
- Lead organizational change initiatives related to procurement transformation.
- Develop training programs and adoption strategies.
- Build procurement capability across Procurement and Business Units.
Strategic Stakeholder Management
- Partner with IT, Finance, Legal, Internal Audit, HR, and Business Units to align procurement systems and governance with enterprise priorities.
- Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives and drive enterprise-wide adoption of procurement best practices.

Educational Background
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
Professional Experience
- At least 8 years of experience in procurement, with exposure to governance, strategic sourcing, procurement operations, or process improvement.
- Minimum of 3 years of people management experience.
- Experience in ERP systems and procurement technologies is an advantage.
- Professional certifications in procurement or continuous improvement are preferred.
