Payroll Processing: Supervise and manage the end-to-end payroll cycle, calculating salaries, overtime, allowances, bonuses, and deductions.
Time and Attendance: Review and validate timesheets, leave applications, and timekeeping data for accurate payroll runs.
Statutory Compliance: Ensure timely remittance and reporting of government-mandated contributions (e.g., SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG in the Philippines) and monitor adherence to labor laws.
Record Management: Maintain accurate payroll records, keep the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) updated, and ensure strict confidentiality.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Human Resources and Finance departments for smooth payroll processing, data validation, and year-end audits.
Key Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in payroll processing and HRIS management.
Hard Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, payroll software, and ERP systems (e.g., Paycor, Oracle).
Knowledge: Deep understanding of local labor and tax laws, payroll computations, and government statutory requirements.
