Develop and implement sales strategies for Institute for Food Safety Advancement training programs, seminars, workshops, sponsorships, and partnerships.
Identify, pursue, and convert potential clients, corporate partners, government agencies, professional organizations, and industry associations.
Conduct client presentations, proposal discussions, follow-ups, and negotiations.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with companies, institutions, government agencies, and industry groups.
Coordinate with internal technical experts, external speakers, partners, suppliers, and service providers.
Work with the Marketing team in promoting IFSA programs through social media, email campaigns, brochures, presentations, and other materials.
Supervise assigned staff or project members, delegate tasks, and monitor completion of deliverables.
Prepare reports on sales leads, registrations, partnerships, revenues, expenses, program performance, and participant feedback.
Monitor targets related to sales, attendance, partnerships, and program execution.
Recommend improvements and new revenue-generating programs based on results, feedback, and market opportunities.
Qualifications
Graduate of Business Management, Marketing, or any related course.
Experience in Sales is non-negotiable.
Must have experience suitable for a middle management or supervisory role.
Experience in business development, training coordination, events management, client relations, or partnership development is an advantage.
Background or familiarity with food safety, training programs, seminars, or technical industries is a plus.
