- Oversee recruitment, hiring, and onboarding, specifically targeting top-performing real estate agents, brokers, and staff.
- Design performance appraisal systems and structure competitive commission, salary, and benefits packages to drive results.
- Ensure strict adherence to local labor laws, safety regulations, and industry-specific licensing requirements.
- Foster a positive work environment, manage employee relations, and resolve conflicts.
- Implement training programs for staff and sales professionals to improve skills and stay updated on market trends.
