Job Description:

As a Product Analyst in the AI Implementation team, you will support the planning, orchestrating, and delivery of internal AI-driven tools that optimize company workflows. You will sit at the intersection of product management and project coordination, translating business needs into smart automation. You will build rollout plans, coordinate testing, and assist in cross-functional coordination, helping ensure that initiatives move from early planning through to on-time execution. You will work closely with internal teams to develop your ability to diagnose problems, structure automated solutions, and deliver outputs that drive company-wide efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify Opportunities & Build Business Cases: Proactively uncover workflow bottlenecks, assess their business impact, gather data, and pitch data-backed business cases for AI solutions.
  • Manage Product & Project Lifecycles: Own the end-to-end delivery of workflow automation features, tracking timelines using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) to ensure development sprints remain aligned with business priorities.
  • Lead Rollouts & UAT: Coordinate end-to-end testing (UAT/QA) and manage the rollout of new AI tools to internal teams under structured timelines.
  • Drive Adoption & Iteration: Create training documentation and SOPs to help teams adopt new tools, and monitor user feedback to continuously improve performance and drive feature updates.
  • Support Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the bridge between technical developers and non-technical internal users, helping prepare for alignment meetings, track action items and blockers, and maintain project status logs.
  • Monitor Performance: Track tool adoption KPIs vs. targets, flag workflow variances, and support root cause analysis with structured findings to ensure successful automation.

Requirements

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
  • 0–3 years of experience in product/project management, operations, tech-adjacent roles, or a related field; strong fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • AI & Tech Literacy: Strong understanding of automation tools, LLMs, or tech platforms (coding not required).
  • Data Background: background or foundational experience in data analysis, data manipulation, or visualization tools is a strong plus.
  • Process-Driven: Solid grasp of the product lifecycle, project tracking (e.g., Jira/Asana), and testing processes.
  • Drives problem-solving with a sense of accountability and execution.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and communication skills to streamline chaotic processes.
  • Comfortable working with diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
