The Role
We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound sales efforts by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers. You will play a key role in generating new business opportunities, setting qualified meetings, and supporting our sales pipeline.
What You Will Do
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Identify and qualify potential B2B clients.
- Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Research target accounts and decision-makers.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and nurture leads.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly outreach and appointment-setting targets.
Who We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Development (SDR), cold calling, outbound sales, lead generation, appointment setting, or business development.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably selling to industries such as hospitality, restaurants, hotels, hospitals, healthcare, or other service-based businesses.
- Excellent verbal English communication skills with a neutral or international accent.
- Strong objection-handling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using CRM platforms and sales engagement tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team.
