FP&A Manager [Hybrid - 2x a week in Makati]
We're looking for a commercially sharp and automation-driven FP&A Manager to own financial planning, forecasting, and reporting across the full business P&L — and lead a finance analyst team in Manila.
What you'll do:
- Own budgets, rolling forecasts, long-range planning, and monthly business reviews
- Deliver variance analysis and financial reporting to senior leaders at the Australian and Group level
- Analyse sales, revenue, order book, and cost trends to drive profitability
- Review complex commercial deals to support client wins and retention
- Build scalable forecasting models and robust data governance frameworks
- Lead automation and AI-driven process improvements — dashboards, agentic forecasting, automated Board presentations
- Coach and develop the FP&A team toward insights and analysis over manual spreadsheet work
What you bring:
- 10+ years in FP&A and management reporting
- Experienced people leader with a track record of building team capability
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills; AI automation experience is a key differentiator
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Certinia, SAP, or Power BI
- Background in IT or professional services (hours, rates, WIP, recovery revenue drivers)
- CPA/CA preferred; strong commercial acumen and knowledge of Australian accounting standards
- Confident communicator with senior stakeholder management experience
