DojoTraders is looking for an experienced Campaign Manager to lead and optimize marketing campaigns that drive trader acquisition, engagement, and retention for our prop trading platform.

The Campaign Manager will work closely with our current marketing agency for the first month to understand ongoing campaigns, strategies, and workflows. Post-transition, you will assume full responsibility for managing and optimizing marketing campaigns independently, with a focus on reducing dropouts and increasing trader engagement.

We're looking for someone who understands the prop trading, online trading, or financial trading industry and has experience marketing to retail traders. The ideal candidate combines strong performance marketing expertise with a deep understanding of trader behavior, funnel optimization, and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the existing marketing agency during the initial 1-month transition period to understand current campaigns and strategies
  • Gradually take over campaign management, ensuring a seamless handover
  • Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns aimed at attracting and retaining traders
  • Monitor campaign performance, identify drop-off points, and implement strategies to minimize dropout rates
  • Analyze data and generate insights to improve campaign effectiveness
  • Manage campaign budgets, schedules, and resources efficiently
  • Continuously test and refine messaging, targeting, and channels for better results
  • Provide regular progress reports and campaign analysis to stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 35 years of experience in campaign management, growth marketing, or performance marketing.
  • Previous marketing experience within the proprietary trading (prop trading), forex, CFDs, futures, brokerage, fintech, or online trading industry is required.
  • Proven experience managing customer acquisition and retention campaigns targeting retail traders or financial services customers.
  • Strong understanding of the trader acquisition funnel, customer lifecycle, and conversion optimization.
  • Experience managing paid and organic marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience using analytics platforms such as Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio, or similar reporting tools.
  • Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Ability to manage campaign budgets, timelines, and multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable taking ownership of campaigns after a structured transition period.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience marketing for a prop firm is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with funded trader programs, trading challenges, evaluation models, and trader lifecycle marketing.
  • Understanding of trading platforms such as MetaTrader (MT4/MT5), cTrader, DXtrade, Match-Trader, or similar ecosystems.
  • Experience marketing financial education, trading communities, or investment-related products.
  • Experience with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, email marketing platforms, and CRM systems.
  • Experience collaborating with external agencies and successfully transitioning campaigns in-house.
