Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - NEPO Site 386 Rizal Extension (Cutcut IT Park), Corner Corazon St., Angeles City, Philippines

Quick Rundown:

As an Accounts Receivable Assistant, you will work with the Accounts Receivable Supervisor to oversee billing operations and processes, ensuring the collection of account balances. This role generally involves billing for services rendered, following up on collections, and reviewing account discrepancies.

What You'll Do:

  • Process Accounts Receivable Transactions
  • Timely raising of invoices and distribution to clients
  • Manage collection efforts and associated functions to ensure receivables are collected in a timely manner
  • Prepare cash receipts for processing
  • Perform account reconciliations in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintain an organized and streamlined Accounts Receivable accounting system
  • Continuous evaluation of current policies and recommendations for process improvements
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Provide support for internal and external audits
  • Perform general bookkeeping duties such as:
  • Updating Accounts Receivable postings in the accounting software
  • Recording of Accounts Receivable receipts and collections
  • Reconciling Accounts Receivable accounts on a regular basis
  • Perform additional finance responsibility when applicable or assigned


What We're Looking For:

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy or any accounting related courses
  • Experiences in accounts receivable invoicing and collection, ERP system and reconciliations preferred but not required
  • Knowledge in basic accounting principles
  • Strong attention to details with dedication to accuracy
  • Ability to analyze large set of data
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Self-motivated, capable of working independently and meeting deadlines
  • Good time management and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
