**Service Technician (Laptop & Mobile Phone Repair)**

**Job Summary**

The Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, upgrading, and testing laptops, mobile phones, desktops, and related devices. The role ensures all units are serviced within the required turnaround time (TAT) and meet vendor and company quality standards before release.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Diagnose and repair laptops, mobile phones, desktops, and related devices.
  • Upgrade laptop components (RAM, HDD, SSD) and assemble desktop computers.
  • Install operating systems and perform hardware/software troubleshooting.
  • Conduct quality checks and functionality testing before unit release.
  • Prepare accurate diagnosis and repair reports.
  • Maintain repair tools and equipment in good working condition.
  • Assist customers with basic technical concerns when necessary.
  • Support and guide newly hired technicians on repair procedures.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient service operations.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by management.

**Qualifications**

  • Graduate of Computer Engineering, Electronics, Information Technology, Computer Technology, or any related course.
  • Experience in laptop and mobile phone repair is an advantage.
  • Knowledgeable in computer hardware, software installation, and troubleshooting.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and meet turnaround time targets.
