  • Organize and plan meetings for the proprietors with the clients and prospective buyers
  • Manage client requirements, follow-ups, and after sales concerns

Job Title: Secretary (ON SITE EMPLOYMENT/ NO REMOTE WORK)

Educational Qualifications: Minimum of 3 YEARS UNDERGRADUATE from a recognized institution.

Experience Level: At least 1 - 3 years of proven experience in secretarial or administrative roles.

Skills And Competencies

  • Exceptional time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in multitasking with a keen attention to detail.

Working Conditions: Office setting with standard work hours; occasional overtime may be required. Monday to Saturday work days.
