About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Senior Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) Lead to join our team. This role will serve as a key partner to leadership, driving HR initiatives that align with business goals and ensuring the delivery of effective HR services across all facets of human resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted HR advisor to business leaders and stakeholders

  • Manage and support employee relations, ensuring a positive and compliant work environment

  • Lead or support recruitment, training and development, and compensation & benefits initiatives

  • Provide strategic guidance across multiple facets of HR including talent management, organizational development, and workforce planning

  • Analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights and influence decision-making

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and Philippine labor laws

  • Drive employee engagement programs and organizational development initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Development Management (BSHRDM)or any related course

  • At least 3 years of experience across various HR functions

  • Strong knowledge in all facets of Human Resources, including but not limited to:

    • Employee Relations

    • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

    • Training & Development

    • Compensation & Benefits

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights

  • In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor and employment laws

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Work Arrangement

  • Located in Cebu

  • Mid shift schedule
