About the Role


We are looking for an experienced Candidate Manager - Finance Recruitment to support our growing Australian recruitment team.

This role will focus on sourcing, engaging, and managing candidates across Accounting, Finance, Payroll, and Business Support functions.

We're looking for a genuine recruitment professional — not someone who simply sources CVs. You'll be responsible for building strong candidate relationships, qualifying talent, and supporting consultants in delivering exceptional outcomes for both clients and candidates.

You will play an important role in identifying, approaching, screening, and managing candidates throughout the recruitment process while building strong talent pipelines for current and future opportunities.

This is a remote opportunity offering long-term career growth, exposure to the Australian finance recruitment market, and the opportunity to work alongside a supportive and collaborative team.


Key Responsibilities


Candidate Sourcing & Talent Engagement

  • Source and engage candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK, job boards, referrals, and professional networks
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Conduct market mapping and candidate research activities
  • Proactively identify and approach passive candidates
  • Build and maintain long-term candidate relationships through regular engagement and follow-up

Candidate Management

  • Conduct candidate screening and qualification calls
  • Assess candidates' experience, technical skills, salary expectations, and career goals
  • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process
  • Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience
  • Maintain accurate records and updates within recruitment systems

Recruitment Delivery Support

  • Partner closely with consultants to deliver high-quality candidate shortlists
  • Support candidate submissions and profile presentations
  • Provide market insights around talent availability, salary expectations, and hiring trends
  • Assist with recruitment administration and pipeline management

Market Intelligence & Business Support

  • Monitor hiring trends and market activity within the finance sector
  • Support talent mapping and network growth initiatives
  • Contribute ideas to improve sourcing strategies and candidate engagement
  • Build strong relationships within the Australian finance community

  • And Other Finance relatd roles

Experience recruiting across broader business support roles will also be highly regarded.

  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate management
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes
  • Professional and polished communication skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach
  • Experience recruiting within the Australian market is highly preferred
