We are seeking a detail-focused CIS Engineer to support process improvement efforts by evaluating current workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing long-term solutions. This role involves close collaboration with various teams, maintaining updated documentation, ensuring compliance through audits, and promoting continuous operational improvement.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate processes to identify opportunities for reducing waste and improving efficiency.
- Analyze existing metrics and performance data to determine areas for enhancement.
- Work closely with management to recommend and implement process improvements.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to execute improvement initiatives.
- Review and update business procedures and documentation based on project needs.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, policies, and guidelines to ensure consistency and sustainability.
- Assist in rolling out new or improved processes to achieve better operational outcomes.
- Conduct audits to ensure adherence to established processes and standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned on a temporary or as-needed basis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
- Open to fresh graduates.
- Experience in process or systems improvement is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel frequently (company transportation provided).
