Key Responsibilities
Manage CRM databases and lead pipelines
Respond to and qualify inbound leads
Assign, nurture, and track leads through the sales process
Build follow-up workflows and support agent productivity
Create reports, dashboards, and performance trackers using Google Sheets
Maintain accurate lead records and provide CRM support when needed
Qualifications
Tech-savvy with strong knowledge of CRM systems and Google Workspace
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Strong communication and follow-through skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience with CRM or lead management is an advantage
