We are looking for a Voice Network Engineer to manage and support our voice
infrastructure. The role involves designing, deploying, and maintaining voice network
systems to ensure reliable and high-quality communication services. You will also work
closely with other IT teams to support seamless system integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain voice network infrastructure
- Configure and manage AudioCodes SBC, OVOC, and Media Gateways
- Administer Cisco voice environments including CUCM and CME
- Handle call routing, dial plans, and endpoint provisioning
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability
- Troubleshoot and resolve voice-related issues
- Provide advanced technical support for voice systems
- Document configurations, processes, and system changes
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams
Required Skills (Must Have)
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of relevant experience in voice/network engineering roles
- 2+ years of experience with AudioCodes SBC and OVOC
- Hands-on experience with Cisco CUCM
- Strong knowledge of voice network infrastructure and VoIP concepts
Good to Have Skills
- Experience with Cisco CME
- Familiarity with Media Gateways
- Knowledge of network protocols and troubleshooting tools
