In your day-to-day, you will 👇🏼
- Identify and engage prospective clients through LinkedIn, email outreach and strategic follow-up campaigns.
- Execute outbound lead generation strategies to consistently build a qualified sales pipeline.
- Own the top of the sales funnel by generating qualified leads and booking meetings with decision-makers.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients across recruitment and outsourcing industries.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop targeted outreach campaigns and messaging strategies.
- Monitor, analyse and report on key sales metrics including response rates, conversion rates and pipeline performance.
- Conduct A/B testing on messaging, email sequences and outreach strategies to optimise campaign performance.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and pipeline activity within the CRM.
Skills You Have 🚀
- 3–5 years of experience in outbound sales, business development or lead generation within a B2B environment.
- Previous experience working in a recruitment or outsourcing agency.
- Strong experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead generation tools.
- Demonstrated success in building outbound pipelines that generate qualified opportunities.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling sales emails and outreach messages.
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition funnels, sales KPIs and conversion metrics.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaign performance.
- Highly self-motivated, results-driven and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Excellent organisational and time management skill
