In your day-to-day, you will 👇🏼

  • Identify and engage prospective clients through LinkedIn, email outreach and strategic follow-up campaigns.
  • Execute outbound lead generation strategies to consistently build a qualified sales pipeline.
  • Own the top of the sales funnel by generating qualified leads and booking meetings with decision-makers.
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients across recruitment and outsourcing industries.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop targeted outreach campaigns and messaging strategies.
  • Monitor, analyse and report on key sales metrics including response rates, conversion rates and pipeline performance.
  • Conduct A/B testing on messaging, email sequences and outreach strategies to optimise campaign performance.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and pipeline activity within the CRM.

Skills You Have 🚀

  • 3–5 years of experience in outbound sales, business development or lead generation within a B2B environment.
  • Previous experience working in a recruitment or outsourcing agency.
  • Strong experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead generation tools.
  • Demonstrated success in building outbound pipelines that generate qualified opportunities.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling sales emails and outreach messages.
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition funnels, sales KPIs and conversion metrics.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaign performance.
  • Highly self-motivated, results-driven and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skill

  • Experience working with recruitment, RPO or outsourcing solutions.
  • Experience developing outbound sales playbooks and scalable lead generation processes.
