What You'll Do
- Manage title files from opening through closing.
- Review purchase contracts, title orders, and supporting documents for accuracy.
- Order title, lien, municipal, and other required searches.
- Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, attorneys, agents, and internal teams to keep transactions moving.
- Track deadlines, follow up on outstanding items, and proactively resolve issues before they delay closing.
- Maintain accurate records and provide timely updates throughout the transaction.
- Deliver a smooth, professional closing experience for everyone involved.
What You Bring
- Experience as a Title Processor, Title Coordinator, Closing Coordinator, Escrow Processor, Transaction Coordinator, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of title insurance and residential real estate transactions.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience using title, escrow, or transaction management software.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team.
Nice to Have
- Experience with a title company, escrow company, mortgage company, or real estate law firm.
- Experience handling files from opening through closing.
- Knowledge of title commitments, curative work, and closing preparation.
- Familiarity with commercial real estate transactions.
