What You’ll Do As a BI / Data Analyst, you will support and enhance data and reporting solutions:
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve data issues and reporting discrepancies
- Use SQL to investigate and validate data across multiple systems
- Support and maintain BI reports and dashboards (Qlik, SAP BO, Power BI, or similar)
- Assist in managing data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes
- Ensure data accuracy, performance, and reliability across platforms
- Handle production support, incidents, and root cause analysis
- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business users
What You Bring - 2–3 years of experience in BI, data analytics, or application/data support
- Strong skills in:
- SQL (must-have)
- Data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting
- Experience with:
- BI/reporting tools (Qlik, SAP BusinessObjects, Power BI, or similar)
- Production support and incident handling
- Basic understanding of:
- ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines
- Data modeling concepts (e.g., star schema)
Nice-to-Have - Exposure to:
- Databricks or Python
- Azure Data Factory or similar tools
- API or data integration concepts
- Familiarity with SAP BI tools (BO, BW)
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure / AWS)
- ITIL or ticketing systems experience
