Job Description
As a Deployment Strategist, you will lead the successful implementation of AI-powered solutions for enterprise clients, ensuring projects move from concept through production deployment with measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI platform implementations and enterprise deployments
- Define project scope, requirements, success metrics, and implementation roadmaps
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, and customer stakeholders
- Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and issue resolution
- Support integrations, testing, deployment, and operational readiness activities
- Monitor solution performance and identify opportunities for optimization
- Drive customer adoption and expansion of AI use cases across organizations
- Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the deployment lifecycle

You Will Likely Possess
- 2-5 years of experience in management consulting, project delivery, digital transformation, enterprise technology, or a high-growth startup environment
- Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning to execution
- Ability to understand technical concepts including APIs, integrations, data flows, and enterprise systems
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- Self-starter mentality with a proactive and execution-oriented approach
- Bachelor's degree in a technical, engineering, business, or quantitative discipline
