We're looking for a commercially-minded Senior Digital Video Editor to create and optimise high-performing video creatives for leading ecommerce brands across TikTok, Meta, and other paid social platforms.

This is more than a traditional editing role. You'll work alongside creative strategists, media buyers, designers, and content creators to produce performance-driven content that drives engagement, conversions, and revenue.

What You'll Be Doing

• Editing and optimising performance-focused video creatives across multiple ecommerce brands

• Creating UGC, motion graphic, and high-production advertising content

• Applying advanced storytelling, hooks, captions, motion graphics, pacing, and colour grading techniques

• Collaborating with strategists, designers, creators, and media buyers to bring creative concepts to life

• Identifying winning creative patterns and continuously improving performance through testing and iteration

• Staying ahead of content trends and platform best practices across TikTok and Meta

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of video editing experience, ideally within ecommerce, DTC, or agency environments

• Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects

• Strong understanding of TikTok, Meta, and short-form content best practices

• Experience creating direct-response creatives designed to drive performance

• Advanced motion graphics, storytelling, and editing skills

• Strong communication skills and fluent English

• Portfolio or showreel demonstrating high-quality commercial work
