The Accounting Manager will take charge of overseeing the preparation and management of complete financial statements, including general ledger oversight, accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, tax compliance, and financial reporting.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required.
- 25 years of accounting or financial management experience, with a proven track record in preparing financial statements and overseeing general accounting operations.
- Strong experience in managing general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, tax compliance, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle).
- Excellent knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office Suite tools.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
