his role sits at the intersection of social media, content creation, campaign execution, and community management. The ideal candidate understands how to spark conversations, create engaging content, manage online communities, and use performance data to continuously improve results.

You will be responsible for planning and executing content, managing day-to-day community engagement, supporting campaigns, creating simple visual assets, analyzing data, and helping turn the Casino Plus PH community channels into a key growth engine.

Key Responsibilities

Community Management

Manage day-to-day engagement across CasinoPH community channels, including Telegram, Facebook, Viber, and other relevant platforms.

Build an active, positive, and loyal community by encouraging conversations, answering basic questions, and driving participation.

Monitor community sentiment, user feedback, trending discussions, and recurring concerns.

Escalate product, payment, support, or trust-related issues to the appropriate internal teams.

Maintain community standards and ensure discussions remain safe, respectful, and aligned with CasinoPHs brand.

Content Planning & Execution

Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with product launches, marketing campaigns, promotions, and community activities.

Plan and execute content ideas, including campaign posts, engagement topics, polls, games, announcements, reminders, and interactive activities.

Write clear, concise, and compelling copies of social posts, campaign announcements, community updates, short-form content, and promotional materials.

Adapt content tone and format based on the platform, audience, and campaign objective.

Identify timely trends, player interests, and content opportunities that CasinoPH can use to increase engagement.

Creative Production

Create basic visual assets such as posters, banners, campaign visuals, community announcements, and simple social media creatives.

Work with existing brand guidelines to ensure all content is visually consistent and professional.

Coordinate with designers when higher-level creative work is needed.

Ensure all published content is accurate, polished, and aligned with campaign objectives.

Campaign & Growth Support

Support acquisition, activation, retention, and conversion campaigns through engaging content and community initiatives.

Help develop mechanics for community-driven campaigns, contests, referral pushes, challenges, and interactive promotions.

Track campaign execution from planning to posting, engagement monitoring, and post-campaign review.

Performance Tracking & Optimization

Track key content and community metrics, including engagement, clicks, reach, conversion signals, participation rates, and community growth.

Analyze what types of content, campaigns, and formats perform best.

Recommend improvements based on data, user feedback, and observed community behavior.

Collaborate with the Operations Manager and Operations Director in preparing performance summaries and learnings after key campaigns.

Continuously test new ideas to improve engagement, retention, and conversion.

Develop and analyze post-campaign reports (track clicks, engagement, conversion, uplift rates).
