The Bartender is responsible for delivering professional, courteous, and efficient service to guests, ensuring their satisfaction and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality. This role plays a key part in creating memorable dining and beverage experiences by upholding brand values, providing seamless service, and fostering positive guest relationships.
An ideal candidates must demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service orientation and a positive attitude. The ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment is essential, along with keen attention to detail and cleanliness. A collaborative team spirit is required, balanced with the ability to work independently when necessary.
The Bartender role requires flexibility, professionalism, and adherence to company policies and standards. She will contribute to maintaining brand integrity, act as a brand ambassador, and support the overall success of the outlets division. Duties include guest service, operations, cashiering, and compliance with hygiene, safety, and financial procedures. The role also involves attending training sessions, adapting to industry changes, and performing additional reasonable tasks as assigned.
