As a Programmatic Solutions Lead, you will oversee campaign execution and performance across our programmatic portfolio. This role is pivotal in driving trading excellence, standardizing best practices, and ensuring optimal delivery for our clients. The ideal candidate is a data-driven leader with strong operational rigor, deep platform knowledge, and proven team management capabilities.
Core Responsibilities
Campaign Excellence
- Oversee the quality, accuracy, and compliance of campaign setups across the programmatic team.
- Drive best-in-class optimization strategies to ensure peak performance across all active campaigns.
- Own the trading strategy for the region or priority verticals, aligning with client objectives and business goals.
Operational Leadership
- Develop and enforce SOPs, QA processes, and governance frameworks to ensure scalable, consistent, and efficient operations.
- Set and monitor trading excellence standards, ensuring adoption through structured coaching and audits.
Reporting & Insights
- Standardize and evolve reporting templates and analytical frameworks to provide actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Partner with the Data and Client Solutions teams to ensure data integrity and storytelling consistency.
Team Management
- Directly manage and mentor a high-performing team of Programmatic Solutions Managers (PSMs) and Senior PSMs.
- Build a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and collaboration within the team.
- Identify and develop future leaders and subject-matter experts. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Lead cross-functional alignment with internal teams including Sales, Client Solutions, AdOps, and Data Solutions.
- Serve as the regional programmatic expert in strategic discussions, escalations, and innovation planning.
Success Metrics
- Client Success Enablement: Tangible role in client growth or retention through trading recommendations, performance turnarounds, or pitch/QBR strategy contributions.
- Innovation Implementation Rate: Number of platform betas, new strategies, or tools successfully piloted, institutionalized, and shared as best practices.
- Team KPI Coverage: Achievement of campaign performance goals across team members under direct management, indicating strong coaching and oversight.
- Process Ownership: Creation and refinement of SOPs, templates, or documentation that are adopted regionally and cited as best-in-class.
- Efficiency Impact: Measurable gains in trading efficiency or campaign setup time driven by initiatives introduced or led by the PS Lead.
- Talent Development: Demonstrated growth and promotion of Junior and Senior PSMs through structured mentorship, shadowing, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Thought Leadership: Visible role in driving innovation by producing internal learning content, platform reviews, or advanced training sessions.
Qualifications
Experience required:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in programmatic or paid social media trading (YouTube, Meta, TikTok, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of campaign management platforms and performance optimization tactics.
- Experience with large-scale or enterprise accounts is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to interpret data, troubleshoot issues, and deliver results.
- Demonstrated ability to build scalable processes and lead with strategic vision.
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for helping others grow.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
