The Sales Engineer combines deep technical knowledge with sales acumen—supporting solution selling for clients across different sectors (construction, manufacturing, energy, automation, etc.). Understands customer challenges, recommends tailored technical solutions, delivers demos and proposals, and helps close deals while ensuring customer success both pre‑ and post‑sale.
- Pampanga-Based Personnel
- Preferably a resident of Pampanga.
- Responsible for handling, developing, and expanding accounts in Pampanga and Bulacan.
- National Capital Region (NCR)-Based Field Sales Personnel
- Responsible for managing, developing, and expanding accounts within the National Capital Region (NCR).
- Cebu City-Based Field Sales Personnel
- Preferably a resident of Cebu City.
- Responsible for handling, developing, and expanding accounts in Cebu Province and nearby areas throughout the Visayas region.
Work Arrangement
Five (5) Working Days Per Week
- Four (4) days work from home, fieldwork, client visits.
- One (1) day allocated for reporting and sales review.
- NCR-based personnel will report in person at the San Pedro City, Laguna office.
- Pampanga- and Cebu-based personnel will submit reports remotely.
Compensation And Benefits
Compensation package consisting of a basic salary plus sales commission.
Basic salary range: P20,000–30,000 per month, depending on qualifications and relevant work experience. Candidates with salary expectations beyond this range may still be considered, subject to negotiation.
Company-issued laptop, mobile phone, and uniform.
Reimbursement of approved transportation and meal expenses incurred during fieldwork.
Upon regularization, employees will be entitled to health insurance coverage, ten (10) days of vacation leave, five (5) days of sick leave
