QA/QC - Assistant Engineer (2)
- CQCs ensures compliance with the plans, specification and contractual provisions for the project. Also CQCs coordinates and monitor review, approval and testing as required by the specification and contracts.
- Perfoms inspection activities according to the application plans & specification.
- Inspects all structural and architectural related works during the construction stage.
- Prepare punch list report for structural and architectural works during the construction stage.
- Closely monitoring ratification to be done discrepancies noted in quality of workmanship.
- Develops and maintains quality standards that apply to onsite construction work, ensuring proper implementation.
- Monitoring of materials / testing before the installation.
- Ensure that all incoming materials, fabricated are in full compliance with the required specification and standard.
- Responsible for over-all quality of all the materials and construction activity. Develop a quality assurance plans for all activities to assure quality on all aspects of the works.
- Compilation and monitoring of RFA/RFI, reviews and approves the contructors quality documentation, and implements contractor audit as well.
