Job Summary
The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations, workforce management, client servicing, and business performance of the assigned branch. This role ensures operational efficiency, employee productivity, compliance with company policies, and achievement of branch targets while maintaining excellent customer and client relationships.
What You'll Do
Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth business activities.
- Monitor branch productivity, operational efficiency, and service quality.
- Implement company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Resolve operational issues and escalations promptly.
People Management
- Lead, supervise, and motivate branch personnel.
- Monitor employee attendance, productivity, and performance.
- Conduct coaching, performance discussions, and corrective actions when necessary.
- Foster a positive and professional work environment.
Recruitment & Staffing Support
- Coordinate manpower requirements with HR.
- Participate in recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and workforce planning.
- Ensure branch staffing requirements are consistently met.
Client & Customer Management
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution of complaints.
- Ensure excellent customer service delivery across the branch.
Performance & KPI Monitoring
- Monitor branch KPIs and operational targets.
- Analyze branch performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Prepare and submit reports required by management.
- Develop action plans to improve branch results and employee performance.
Compliance & Administration
- Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
- Safeguard branch assets, records, and confidential information.
- Monitor documentation accuracy and branch administrative requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years supervisory or managerial experience in branch operations, logistics, manpower services, customer service, collections, retail, or related industries.
- Proven experience leading and managing teams.
- Strong knowledge of branch operations, workforce management, and KPI monitoring.
- Experience in employee relations, recruitment support, and performance management is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and reporting tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and results-driven environment.
