Job Description Summary:
Talented Salesforce Developer to work within the support team, ensuring that we deliver well tested software that meets the business requirements of our organization and its customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues with strong analytical and debugging skills.
- Manage Salesforce users, roles, profiles, permissions, reports, dashboards, and data loads.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and platform functionality.
- Collaborate with team members and clients to deliver solutions and meet project timelines.
- Support Salesforce development, configuration, deployment, and maintenance activities.
- Work with Git and Bitbucket for version control and code management.
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of Salesforce experience.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Administration, Development, Data Management, Integration, Security, and Deployment.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Lightning UI.
- Experience developing Apex Classes, Triggers, Visualforce Pages, Controllers, Workflows, and Approval Processes.
- Familiarity with REST API integrations.
- Experience creating Roles, Profiles, Page Layouts, Workflow Rules, and Approval Processes.
- Understanding of SDLC processes and Force.com configuration best practices.
- Knowledge of Batch Apex and Scheduled Apex.
- Proficiency with Git and Bitbucket.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Nice to Have Qualifications:
- Salesforce Administrator Certification.
- Salesforce App Builder Certification.
- Experience in Salesforce support and maintenance activities.

Education
