Job Description Summary:


Talented Salesforce Developer to work within the support team, ensuring that we deliver well tested software that meets the business requirements of our organization and its customers.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues with strong analytical and debugging skills.
  • Manage Salesforce users, roles, profiles, permissions, reports, dashboards, and data loads.
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and platform functionality.
  • Collaborate with team members and clients to deliver solutions and meet project timelines.
  • Support Salesforce development, configuration, deployment, and maintenance activities.
  • Work with Git and Bitbucket for version control and code management.
  • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • 1–3 years of Salesforce experience.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Administration, Development, Data Management, Integration, Security, and Deployment.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Lightning UI.
  • Experience developing Apex Classes, Triggers, Visualforce Pages, Controllers, Workflows, and Approval Processes.
  • Familiarity with REST API integrations.
  • Experience creating Roles, Profiles, Page Layouts, Workflow Rules, and Approval Processes.
  • Understanding of SDLC processes and Force.com configuration best practices.
  • Knowledge of Batch Apex and Scheduled Apex.
  • Proficiency with Git and Bitbucket.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


Nice to Have Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification.
  • Salesforce App Builder Certification.
  • Experience in Salesforce support and maintenance activities.

Education
