About the Role
Our client is a growing independent audio production company seeking a proactive, highly organised Virtual Assistant to support day-to-day operations. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the founder, helping streamline workflows, manage data, conduct research, and support business development activities.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment, can manage multiple priorities, and enjoys bringing structure and efficiency to a growing business.
Key Responsibilities
- Research companies, industries, and key decision-makers within production, media, and agency sectors
- Build and maintain targeted contact lists using LinkedIn, company websites, and other relevant sources
- Manage and organise CRM data within Folk, including:
- Updating and maintaining records
- Cleaning and structuring data
- Tracking relationships, leads, and outreach opportunities
- Support outreach and networking initiatives by preparing guest lists, prospect lists, and event research
- Conduct business, industry, competitor, and market research, as well as occasional personal research projects such as real estate research
- Assist in developing and improving internal systems, processes, and workflows
- Remotely operate and manage tasks on a MacOS-based computer environment

- Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable adapting to changing priorities in a dynamic environment
- Excellent written English and communication skills
- Reliable, dependable, and consistent in delivering high-quality work
- Confident working within MacOS environments
Technical Requirements
- Ability to access and work on a remote machine using tools such as Jump Desktop
- Experience using:
- LinkedIn
- CRM platforms (experience with Folk is advantageous but not essential)
- Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications
Desirable Experience
- Previous experience supporting creative, production, media, or agency-based businesses
- Understanding of the US market, particularly the New York agency and production landscape
- Experience within audio production, podcasting, media, or other creative industries
- Familiarity with outreach, lead generation, and relationship management processes
