Salary Range: Open to discussion

Work Setup: Onsite

The role

The HR Head leads the full HR function, balancing day-to-day HR operations with strategic organizational development and labor relations management. The role partners with senior leadership to align people strategies with business goals, strengthen organizational capability, and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Your Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily HR operations (recruitment, onboarding, compensation & benefits, performance management, employee relations, HR administration).
  • Serve as a strategic HR business partner to leadership on workforce planning, talent strategy, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Lead organizational development initiatives including culture building, change management, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Manage labor relations, including handling labor cases, employee grievances, investigations, and dispute resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and represent the company in labor-related matters when needed.
  • Drive talent management, employee engagement, and retention programs.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field; a master's degree is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles with broad exposure to HR operations, organizational development, and labor relations.
  • Strong industry background in food, food chemistry, agribusiness, food processing, or food manufacturing environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in handling labor cases, employee relations, labor law compliance, and dispute resolution.
  • Proven experience serving as a strategic HR business partner to senior leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of organizational development, talent management, performance management, and change management practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong leadership capability with the ability to influence, coach, and develop teams.
  • Highly analytical, proactive, and capable of balancing strategic initiatives with operational execution.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
